India spinner Deepti Sharma has climbed two places to sixth in the ICC Women’s T20I bowling rankings, released on Tuesday, September 8, after a productive group stage at the Women’s Asia Cup 2026.
Wickets at the Asia Cup
The right-arm spinner took eight wickets in three group matches, a significant contribution as India reached the semi-finals. She has been among the most consistent wicket-takers in the tournament.
Deepti had previously held the No. 1 position, reaching it in December 2025.
