Multan Sultans vs Islamabad United Prediction & Match Preview – PSL 2026, 4th Match

Multan Sultans and Islamabad United meet in the fourth match of PSL 2026 under lights at the Arbab Niaz Stadium in Peshawar.

Islamabad United’s squad features Devon Conway, Shadab Khan, Andries Gous, Faheem Ashraf, Max Bryant, Mark Chapman, Mohammad Wasim Jr, Shamar Joseph, Imad Wasim and Richard Gleeson.

Pacers should aim to strike early before the pitch slows under lights, and spinners may dominate the middle overs, so batters will need to keep rotating the strike. Dew could help the chasing side late on.

Pitch report

The Arbab Niaz Stadium surface is generally balanced, giving something to batters and bowlers alike. Pacers may find movement and bounce early, while the pitch stays true enough for stroke play. Spinners tend to come into play in the middle overs. Batting first is often slightly advantageous, though dew can make chasing easier in evening matches, and par scores in T20s are around 160–180.

Weather

Peshawar on the evening of 28 March should be mild, with temperatures dropping to about 14–16°C by 8:00 pm. Skies are expected to be mostly clear to partly cloudy, with light winds and no significant chance of rain; humidity rises slightly after sunset.

Expected scores

• 1st innings: 160–175
• 2nd innings: 165–180
