Sri Lanka have named a 15-man squad for the three-match T20I series in Pakistan, with Kusal Mendis as captain.
Selection notes
The T20Is are on October 9, 11 and 13. Fast bowler Dushmantha Chameera is in the squad, but only subject to fitness. His condition will be monitored before the team leaves, and his availability is not yet confirmed. Former white-ball captain Charith Asalanka has not been selected.
Four players come from Sri Lanka’s second-string squad at the Asian Games: Sahan Arachchige, Vijayakanth Viyaskanth, Binura Fernando and Nuwan Thushara.

Long tour ahead
The T20Is open a lengthy tour. After the three matches in Rawalpindi, Sri Lanka will take part in an ODI tri-series with Pakistan and England from October 18 to 31. The trip finishes with a two-match Test series starting on November 9.
