Anvay Dravid, the younger son of former India captain and T20 World Cup-winning head coach Rahul Dravid, has been selected in the India Under-19 squad for the tour of Sri Lanka. He has been picked in the one-day squad as a wicketkeeper-batter.
Who is Anvay Dravid
Anvay is a right-handed wicketkeeper-batter who has built a reputation through consistent performances in age-group cricket. He is also the younger brother of Karnataka all-rounder Samit Dravid, who came to prominence after debuting for Mysuru Warriors in the KSCA Maharaja Trophy in 2024. With that cricketing background, attention will turn to how Anvay copes with the demands of international youth cricket.
