Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen vs Quetta Gladiators Prediction – PSL 2026, 5th Match

Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen face Quetta Gladiators in the fifth match of PSL 2026 at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium.

Quetta’s squad includes Spencer Johnson, Abrar Ahmed, Usman Tariq, Hasan Nawaz, Shamyl Hussain, Rilee Rossouw, Faisal Akram, Bevon Jacobs, Saud Shakeel, Ben McDermott and Tom Curran.

The flat surface favours stroke play, and teams will aim for 50–60 runs in the powerplay. Spinners may find a little grip in the middle overs, but run-scoring should stay brisk.

Pitch report

Gaddafi Stadium is generally batting-friendly, with a flat surface and consistent bounce. A fast outfield helps stroke-makers and makes it a high-scoring venue in limited-overs cricket. Pacers may get a little swing with the new ball, especially in day-night games, but batting gets easier as the game goes on. Spinners can find some help in the middle overs without dominating, and dew often makes chasing the preferred option in evening matches.

Weather

Lahore on 29 March is expected to be warm and sunny around 2:30 pm, with temperatures of 32–35°C. It should stay mostly clear to partly cloudy with very little chance of rain, moderate humidity and a light to moderate breeze. Afternoon heat could test player endurance.

Expected scores

• 1st innings: 170–185
• 2nd innings: 160–175
