Siechem Madurai Panthers and Vida Kovai Kings meet in the final of the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2026 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Friday evening.
Madurai reached the final by finishing top of the points table. Their Qualifier 1 was washed out by rain, so they went directly into the title match and had extra time to rest and prepare. Their probable XI, led by Balchander Anirudh, includes R Ram Kumar behind the stumps, NS Chaturved, Hari Ragavendra V, Shoaib Md Khan and Atheeq Ur Rahman, with Gurjapneet Singh and P Vignesh among the bowlers.
Vida Kovai Kings had a harder route. Their Eliminator was abandoned because of rain, but they put in a dominant performance against Trichy Grand Cholas in Qualifier 2 to book their place. Captain Shahrukh Khan leads a side that includes S Radhakrishnan, Balasubramaniam Sachin, Madhava Prasad, G Kishoor and Jhathavedh Subramanyan.
