Vida Kovai Kings and Idream Tiruppur Tamizhans meet in the TNPL 2026 Eliminator at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on Monday evening. The loser is out of the tournament, which adds pressure.
Vida Kovai Kings, captained by Shahrukh Khan, have Suresh Lokeshwar behind the stumps. Their probable XI features S Radhakrishnan, Balasubramaniam Sachin, Andre Siddarth C and Madhava Prasad in the batting group, with G Kishoor, Manimaran Siddharth and Jhathavedh Subramanyan among the bowlers.
Tiruppur are led by wicketkeeper Tushar Raheja in this XI, although Ravisrinivasan Sai Kishore is listed as captain in the full squad. Amit Sathvik, Pradosh Ranjan Paul, Uthirasamy Sasidev and Mohamed Ali are in the line-up, and T Natarajan, M Mathivannan and R Silambarasan are among the bowlers.
Weather is a major factor. Rain could interrupt play, and if the match goes ahead, dew should help the chasing side later in the night. A strong powerplay from either side will be vital before the pitch slows. We expect a high-scoring first innings of around 170–180 and give Vida Kovai Kings a slight edge.
